StoneFire Pizza Bankrupcy - Use Your Gift Certificates Now!
As was reported on JSOnline today, StoneFire Pizza Co. in New Berlin has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. According to the owner, they will remain open during the bankruptcy reorganization. Complicating matters is an eviction order that was issued to StoneFire on Monday. The Chapter 11 filing apparently protects StoneFire from the eviction order for the time being.
If you have purchased any StoneFire Pizza Co. gift certificates from the 1/2 price Milwaukee radio station offers, it is in your best interest to use them right away. Hopefully StoneFire is able to reorganize and remain in business. However, if they close their doors for good, any outstanding gift certificates will be worthless.
