AirTran New Year’s Sale with Fares From Milwaukee Starting at $39
AirTran Airways is running a New Year’s fare sale and has one way fares from Milwaukee starting at $59. In addition, separate from the New Year’s fare sale, one way fares between January and March to Washington D.C. – Reagan can be found for as little as $39!
The New Year’s fare sale runs through January 5th. Travel must be completed by May 16, 2012.

December and January Kalahari Specials
The Kalahari Resort in the Wisconsin Dells is offering some great prices for certain dates in December and January. If your schedule allows for it, you may want to consider heading up to the Dells for a quick one or two night getaway.
I have been to the Dells many (many) times over the past several years with my family. We have stayed at all of the big resorts – Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, The Wilderness and Chula Vista. Our favorite is always Kalahari. The level of service, accommodations and atmosphere at the Kalahari is unmatched.
Room types available for this special are the Hut Room, which contains two queen beds for $109.99 a night or the Lodge Room for $149.99 a night. The Lodge Room has a king bed, a queen sofa sleeper, a fireplace and a full kitchen and dining area. Both room types include admission to the Kalahari water park. (Prices are exclusive of taxes and resort fee.)

Half Off Deal for the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells

For $149 you can get a one night stay for up to four in a Hut Room, four passes for the Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, and four passes for the Kalahari Indoor Theme Park. Half Price Suites at the Great Wolf Lodge in the Dells
Treat your family to a fun getaway with today’s Groupon offer for Great Wolf Lodge in Wisconsin Dells. For $149, enjoy a one-night stay in a premium suite for up to six people Sunday through Thursday. For $40 more, stay on a Friday night. The regular cost of a premium suite starts at $298 a night.
You can purchase up to four of these Groupons to be used at the same time. In other words, you can stay up to four nights at the reduced rate.
Things to Keep in Mind
There are blackout dates between 12/24/11 and 1/1/12 and also 1/15/12 (the Sunday before Martin Luther King Jr. Day). Travel must be completed by 2/15/12. There is a $10 per night resort fee that is charged for each room.
