Waukesha County residents can take advantage of discounts on various attractions and activites throughout the County.  Although the discounts are not as attractive as discounts for Milwaukee County residents, there are still a few discounts available for residents of Waukesha County.

Golf Discount Card

Waukesha County residents can purchase a golf discount card for $20.  (Non-residents can purchase a card for $30.)

The discount golf card allows you to save a few dollars off of a round of golf at one of the golf courses run by Waukesha County.  For example, if you play 18 holes on a weekend at Wanaki and use the discount card you would save $6 off the regular price of $38.

Also, if you sign up for their eClub, you’ll receive a free round of golf valid one week prior and one week after your birthday.  Waukesha County also sends out specials and promotions to eClub members.

Waukesha County Historical Society & Museum

The Waukesha County Historical Society & Museum offers free admission to permanent exhibits on Wednesdays to Waukesha County residents with a valid ID.  For more information, visit the Waukesha County Historical Society & Museum website.

Waukesha County Parks Discount

Waukesha County has eight parks that offer a variety of activites such as swimming, camping, hiking, and cross country skiing.  Daily entrance fees to the parks are $3 per car on weekdays and $5 per car on weekends and holidays.  Residents can purchase discounted annual stickers for $27 per car (a savings of $11 from the non-resident price).  For more information, visit the Waukesha County Parks website.

Discount Prescription Drug Program

In February 2011 Waukesha County launched a discount prescription drug program to help uninsured or under-insured County residents.  The program is administered by CVS Caremark and there is no charge to the County.  For more information, visit www.caremark.com/naco.
