Free Admirals Tickets for Veterans & Active Military on Friday
The Milwaukee Admirals are honoring America’s bravest by offering free tickets to all veterans and active military personnel on Friday, November 6, 2009. The game against the Peoria Rivermen starts at 7:00 P.M.
To receive a free ticket, veterans and active military personnel should bring their military ID, American Legion or VFW Card, or a copy of the DD214 form to the Admirals office during regular business hours or to the Bradley Center Box office prior to the game. There is a limit of one ticket per veteran. More details can be found on the Milwaukee Admirals website.
Veterans Day is on Wednesday, November 11th. Several area businesses offer giveaways to thank members of the military. We’ll be publishing information on these deals over the next week.
Free Veterans Day Meal at Applebee’s
Applebee’s is offering a free meal to all active duty military personnel and veterans on Veteran’s Day – November 11th, 2008. Proof of military service is required. For details on the promotion see the Applebee’s website. There is a list of participating restaurants on the website, however all Milwaukee area Applebee’s locations are participating in this promotion.
