Getting stir crazy this winter? Milwaukee area ski hills offer the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors during the winter, and many ski hills have special deals available. Here are ski resorts less than an hour away from Milwaukee, including links to special offers and promotions.
Alpine Valley’s winter specials include a learn to snowboard package for $60 and a learn to ski package for $60. Children 6 and under get half price lift and rental. Ski packages which include skiing, meals, and lodging are also available for $125 per person on weekdays, and $275 per person for two weekend nights.
AAA Members who show their card receive a $6 discount off the cost of lift ticket prices, Monday-Friday. The offer is not valid on January 19 or February 16.

The Mountain Top at Grand Geneva
