Cheap Brewers Tickets on StubHub

Here’s a little secret we’d like to share: buying Brewers tickets on StubHub will save you money!  We’ve shared this secret with our readers before, but due to the recent influx of subscribers to our daily email digest, we thought we’d reiterate the fact that great deals can be found on StubHub.  Just about every game has seats for under $5 each, and many games have tickets as low as $1.  Here are a few examples of Terrace Reserved ticket prices for upcoming games:

  • June 25th vs. Seattle Mariners – 40 seats $4 and under
  • July 26th vs. Cincinnati Reds – 72 seats $4 and under
  • September 10th vs. Chicago Cubs – 122 seats $7 and under

StubHub will charge two fees on top of these ticket prices: a service fee of 10%, subject to a minimum of $5, and a delivery fee.  We checked a few prices and found that $4.95 appears to be a typical electronic delivery fee.  Some tickets are sent via Fed Ex, so the delivery fee would likely be higher in those cases.

Here’s an illustration.  If you were to purchase two $2.75 Terrace Reserved seats for today’s game against the Mariners, this is what you might end up paying:

  • Ticket Price = 2 x $2.75 = $5.50
  • Delivery = $4.95 (Electronic – Instant Download)
  • Service Fee = $5.00
  • Total = $15.45

This is still a big savings considering each Terrace Reserved ticket price retails for $15 each, and $20 each for Marquee games (Cubs and Twins games).

If you are buying tickets through StubHub, their Fan Protect Guarantee states:

  • You will get your tickets in time for the event.
  • Your tickets will be authentic and valid for entry.
  • You will receive tickets comparable to or better than the tickets you ordered, or your money back.
  • You will be refunded if the event is cancelled and is not rescheduled.
