home-depot-kids-workshop1The Home Depot is hosting a free “How To Clinic” for children ages 5-12 tomorrow, July 4th.  The event runs between 9:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon.  The project for tomorrow is a Picnic Caddy(pictured below).

According to the Home Depot website:

The workshops teach children do-it-yourself skills and tool safety, while at the same time helping to instill a sense of accomplishment.  Additionally, this fun time allows for quality one-on-one time between adults and children.

Participants in the Kids Workshop event will receive all project materials, a Home Depot orange apron, and an achievement pin.

There are 10 stores in the Milwaukee metropolitan area, and the event will be taking place at all of the stores.  For more information about this event and to find the closest store, visit the Home Depot website.
