Parade of Homes Discounts and Free Admission Offers
The Metropolitan Builder’s Association Parade of Homes kicks off this weekend at Autumn Ridge Subdivision in Ixonia, Wisconsin. The parade runs from August 22 through September 13, 2009 and is open Monday through Friday from 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. and on weekends & Labor Day from 11:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Admission to the Parade is $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.
There are several opportunities for free or reduced admission during the Parade. You can purchase tickets in advance for a $2 discount on adult tickets. Or, if you fill out a coupon form on the Parade of Homes website, you can get $2 off each adult ticket at the gate.
Free admission and discounts are available on the following days:
Monday, August 24th - 2 for 1 Day. Receive two admissions for the price of one (Gate tickets only – children’s tickets not included).
Tuesday, August 25th – Realtor Day. Realtors get in free with business card and picture ID.
Thursday, August 27th – Inspector Day. Inspectors get in free with business card and picture ID
Monday, August 31st – 2 for 1 Day. Receive two admissions for the price of one (Gate tickets only – children’s tickets not included).
Tuesday, September 1st – Realtor Day. Realtors get in free with business card and picture ID.
Thursday, September 3rd – Lender and Appraiser Day. Lenders and Appraisers get in free with business card and picture ID.
Tuesday, September 8th – Realtor Day. Realtors get in free with business card and picture ID.
This year’s Parade of Homes features 8 homes which are all Green Certified. Full information about the Parade, including directions to Ixonia can be found on the Metropolitan Builders Association website.
