Model Train Event at The Domes this Weekend
There is a model train event being held at the Mitchell Park Domes this weekend, that is both fun and cheap! On both Saturday and Sunday, the Domes will play host to the annual Collectible Train Lobby Display & Layout. There are a variety of model train layouts from the smallest models to trains that are large enough for children and adults to ride. The train displays are incredibly detailed, and lots of fun to look at. In addition, the Floral Show Dome will be featuring a large model train layout with a Westward Ho theme. The Westward Ho layout in Floral Show Dome is separate from the Collectible Train Lobby Display & Layout and will be on display through March 14, 2010.
The Mitchell Park Domes are open on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. Admission is $6.50 for adults, and $5 for children ages 6-17, students, Milwaukee County seniors ages 60 and older, and disabled individuals.
