Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Sports Show 2009

The annual Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Sports Show will take place March 4th through March 8th in 2009. The Show is located at the WI State Fair Park Expo (8100 W. Greenfield Ave, West Allis, 53214).  The Show is perfect for fishing, hunting, boating, and camping enthusiasts.

To save $1.50 off admission, purchase your tickets in advance for $6.50 at one of these locations.  Otherwise, pay $8.00 at the door.   Kids 12 and under are free!

There are two special promotions at the Show.  On Thursday, March 5, persons with disabilities will be allowed in free between 12pm and 5pm.  March 5th also marks a special day for Scouts and their troops.  For more information on these  promotions, click here.

    2. Racine not included in the advanced ticket sales? What are we the arm pit of Milwaukee?

    I will never attend another show again unless you can find one business here to sell your advertising show tickets because thats all we pay for is advertising!!

    3. We understand your frustration Jim. Just so you’re clear, MilwaukeeConsumer.com is not afflilated in any way with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Sports Show. We are just reporting on the show, and offering ways for our readers to get discounted tickets.

    Although there are no outlets for advance ticket purchases in Racine, there are still ways for you to get discounted tickets. You can purchase them online by following the link in the original post. Since you’ll be coming up to the Milwaukee area for the show, you can also stop at one of the retailers selling tickets.

    6. The Chicago Boat Show is taking place on January 13 thru 17th, (2010 folks), at the McCormick Place in Chicago. If you want cheap tickets, you can buy them in advance and use the code DEW to get $2 off each full price adult admission. There isn’t a limit of how many tickets you can purchase, which is pretty cool. The website to go to is http://www.chicagoboatshow.com

    I saw this on a can of Mountain Dew I was drinking at work and bought tickets for my family. Will be something fun to do to break up the winter.
