T.G.I. Friday’s $5 Salad and Sandwich Deal Ending Soon

tgi-fridaysJust a reminder that the $5 salad and sandwich deal at T.G.I. Friday’s will be coming to an end this weekend.  If you haven’t taken advantage of this great deal, you’ll want to make sure you get to T.G.I. Friday’s by Sunday. 

As we wrote about last month, for the entire month of May, T.G.I. Friday’s has lowered the price on all of their sandwiches and salads to $5.  The promotion includes 16 different menu items, and all of the portions are full sized. 

The deal was available at all Milwaukee area T.G.I. Friday’s restaurants – Brookfield, Greenfield, and Friday’s Front Row Sports Grill at Miller Park.  The Miller Park Friday’s was participating in the deal on days that the Brewers were not playing at Miller Park.  Since the Brewers are in town for the rest of the promotion, you’ll need to visit either the Greenfield or Brookfield location if you want to take advantage of the deal.

    2. I went to take advantage of this tonight, and they told me (s. 76th St) that tonight was the last night.

    3. Interesting…we’ll follow up with them to find out what the deal is. The TGI Friday’s website states that the promotion runs through 5/31.

    4. Here is the latest…we spoke with both the Greenfield and Brookfield locations today and they confirmed that they did indeed stop honoring the promotion as of today. The manager at the Brookfield location said that their franchise group made the decision to end the promotion at their restaurants 4 days early.

    We have been in contact with TGI Friday’s corporate. They confirmed that they are looking into the issue, but haven’t gotten back to us with a statement yet.

    5. Okay…here is the final word from TGI Friday’s on this promotion and the Milwaukee area restaurants:

Friday’s and the franchisee in this market that while the advertising around the promotion ended on May 25, Friday’s continues to honor the $5 sandwich and salad price point through May 31 upon guest request.
