Seize The Days Sale at IKEA
This weeks Red Plum mailing has an offer for IKEA on the front page. I was rather surprised to get an advertisement for a store that is about 90 minutes away from me and most other Milwaukee area consumers. Ikea is advertising a “Seize the Days” sale from Friday, January 30 to Sunday, February 1.
Ikea can be a fun shopping trip for those of us in the Milwaukee area. The closest IKEA store is in Schaumburg, Illinois, which is about an hour and a half from the heart of Milwaukee. Our family has enjoyed a few road trips down to the Schaumburg Ikea to enjoy their good food and to pick up some childrens furniture. Their food is priced reasonably and is quite tasty, especially their Swedish meatballs. There are plenty of options to make it a fun trip since the store is located just North of Woodfield Mall and there are also some great restaurants nearby
