New McDonald’s Dollar Menu at Breakfast
McDonald’s has just expanded their popular Dollar Menu to include the following breakfast items:
- $1 Sausage McMuffin
- $1 Sausage Burrito
- $1 Sausage Biscuit
- $1 Premium Roast Coffee
- $1 Hash Brown
In the past we’ve wrote about the free Upromise program that enables members to receive a 1% rebate on purchases of Arch cards at McDonald’s, but that offer isn’t for everyone. Recently one of our readers pointed out on our Facebook page that he always orders off the $1 menu, and as a result it would take a long time to build savings in the Upromise program.
Are you more likely to visit a McDonald’s now that they have a Dollar Menu at breakfast? Weigh in with a comment.

I’m not too thrilled that McDonald’s is rolling out a $1 hash brown as a great bargain when you used to be able to get 2 hash browns for $1. This is not a lot of food and to up the price 100% is pretty sneaky. It’s just like removing a piece of cheese from the double cheeseburger and renaming it the “McDouble” and then charging an extra 19 cents if you want to get a true double cheeseburger.
I won’t be getting breakfast from McDonalds anymore.
Why are some of the Mcdonalds selling certain $1.00 Breakfast items for more and from other stores more than a $1.00. I saw a nation wide ad that said all the $1.00 breakfast items were the same this month of 2011, like last year prices?
I really feel that the local Mcdonalds in Coos Bay and North Bend Oregon are price gougeing the public. I really feel they are falsely advertising Nationally also which could be a big law suit for there company and the owners the own it locally in my area. Looking for a good lawyer who would take on a big Corporation.
I stopped in McDonalds on 65th and Stony to have breakfast. I bought my food and sat in the restaurant to eat. When I was done, I asked the waitress for a courtesy cup of water, I was told that there were no courtesy cups but I could buy a cup of water for $.43. I was upset to say the least. You mean to tell me that you have to pay for water after eating a meal? This is ridiculous.
