Turkey perks are not showing up at the bottom of receipt at the Sussex Pick n Save. Does this mean the money I just spent there does not go to the perks? My receipt from last week at the new store on Appleton in Menomonee Falls did show it.

I just tried to use my turkeyperks. I had earned over 100 in the last several weeks. When the turkey rang up, they were still charging me .39 per pound for the turkey.

I asked to bring customer service over, as I was under the impression that the bird would be free as I’d earned more than 100 turkeyperks.

The cashier said the turkeyperks on your latest receipt determine what “price” per pound you pay for the bird, NOT how many total turkeyperks you’ve earned during this promotion. She told me “you should have” bought the turkey when I had a really big receipt with lots of turkeyperks on it.

Chairman Bob, you’ve screwed the pooch again. I can simply drive to my local Sentry instead, and without having to purchase hundreds of dollars from their store, purchase the same turkey for .39 per pound.

I predict a lot of complaints and returned birds.

Watch your turkey / any other promos that PNS has.
We’ve noticed that between my husband and myself, our points were fluctuating.
I questioned customer service on this issue, and they told me that each card is seperate and they are not combined as a total.
Each card has a different number on it and the points do not combine unless you each use your phone number everytime instead of the card.

    Chairman Bob,
This is just poor customer service and a rip off to the consumer. You have jumped into every neighborhood and forced the independent stores out and forcing the consumer to shop at your stores. ( we all need food to survive)
With today’s economy it’s really sad that the place WE ALL HAVE TO SHOP AT to survive are working on ripping off the Wisconsin consumer. You claim to be honest in you advertising and now we find out that you are lying to the comsumer. Shame on Roundy’s

I really think this is an issue for FOX 6 NEWS – CONTACT 6 to report on.

I planned on doing all my Thanksgiving shopping at Pick N Save until I read the Turkey Perks are only good on up to a 14lb turkey! Looks like I will be going to Walmart for my large bird.

another bad promo was the Jinggle dollars I used to shop at the East Garfield store until I wanted to redeem my $5.oo earned during this promo. This was extremely difficult going from one end of the store to the other.I know the reason was to make it difficult was so less people redeemed . What a crock! I now will shop at the PIG. Thanks Chairman Bob!
