2011 Wisconsin State Fair Deals Bargain Book On Sale Now

The Wisconsin State Fair has announced a new way for fairgoers to save money at the 2011 Fair! The new Fair Deals Bargain Book features coupons from 44 Fair vendors including:
- $1 off one large soft drink from Root Beer Barrels
- $.50 small bag of popcorn from S&J Popcorn
- $1 off one slice of pizza from Palermo’s Pizza
- $1.50 off one ice cream sundae from Cedar Crest Ice Cream
- $3 off a giant corn dog and small beverage from Giant Corn Dogs
- and dozens more…
The Fair Deals Bargain Book is available for $3 at any of the 12 Milwaukee area Fast Track Oil Change Centers. Bargain Books are also available for $4 from the two Fair Ticket Offices (US Cellular Main Gate and 7722 West Greenfield Ave.) and online at WiStateFair.com. You can also purchase a Bargain Book in person during the Fair for $4.
The 2011 Wisconsin State Fair takes place Thursday, August 4 through Sunday, August 14.

Why did they start charging for this book?! It was always free…I always used the one for Palermos, the baked potato, and the grilled cheese..that’s really disappointing to see this. I only used to use a few of the coupons from the book as you can only eat so much food..hopefully, either the dollar amount off on the coupons increased or the type of coupons changed to make it worth the $3. Sad.
Good point Renee. If you take a look at some of the offers that were in last year’s (free) coupon book, you’ll notice that the discounts seem to be more substantial in this year’s $3 coupon book. We have a list of the coupons in the 2010 coupon book here: 2010 Wisconsin State Fair Coupon Book.
You’re right though…it is too bad that the free coupon book has been replaced.
